30 лет назад петербургский ученый разработал метод активации защитных механизмов мозга, получивший название ТЭС-терапия, тем самым положив начало новому направлению в нелекарственной медицине. В ноябре 2013 года празднуется не только годовщина метода, но и 80-летие его автора.
Валерий Павлович Лебедев, доктор медицинских наук, профессор, российский нейрофизиолог, изобретатель, лауреат Государственной премии СССР, дважды лауреат премии Правительства России и заслуженный деятель науки РФ.
Физиотерапевтический метод ТЭС-терапии был разработан как результат переосмысления известных многим методов электронаркоза и электросна. В его основе – тренирующее воздействие на защитные механизмы, осуществляемое через головные накожные электроды маломощными электрическими импульсами определенной формы и частоты. В результате нескольких лет исследований профессор Лебедев показал, что такое воздействие активирует структуры мозга, вырабатывающие эндорфины, известные всем как «гормоны радости». В то же время, специалистам хорошо известно, что эндорфинная система – это мощнейшая защитная система организма, благодаря которой и происходят восстановительные и заживляющие процессы в организме, а также обеспечивается обезболивание. Фактически, благодаря ее работе, сохраняется здоровье человека.
Профессор Лебедев внес огромный вклад в разработку и развитие метода, широко применяемого в клиниках России. Но до сих пор ТЭС-терапия, которой профессор посвятил большую часть своей научной деятельности, еще не полностью раскрыла свои возможности. За 30 лет, которые медикам известна ТЭС-терапия, она стала популярна на территории всего бывшего СССР. На сегодняшний день ТЭС-терапия - единственный научно-обоснованный и признанный способ гарантированного повышения уровня эндорфинов в организме. В 2004 и 2012 гг. группе создателей метода ТЭС-терапии во главе с доктором медицинских наук, профессором В.П. Лебедевым присуждены премии Правительства РФ в области науки и техники.
Но вот что особенно важно в наше время – результаты фундаментальных работ не остались лишь только научными публикациями. Под руководством В.П. Лебедева был созданы медицинские аппараты ТРАНСАИР, которые выпускаются серийно и применяются в самых разных направлениях: невропатологии, анестезиологии, гастроэнтерологии, акушерстве и гинекологии, оториноларингологии, наркологии, травматологии, спортивной медицине. В сотнях лечебных учреждений по всей стране люди уже много лет проходят лечение с помощью этих аппаратов. Сегодня более 7000 медицинских учреждений имеют в своем арсенале и успешно применяют эти физиотерапевтические аппараты.
В период 1985—2012 гг. с использованием аппаратов ТРАНСАИР был выполнен целый ряд экспериментально-клинических исследований, ставших основой свыше 100 кандидатских, а также более 20 докторских диссертаций. По совокупности работ В.П.Лебедев в 2008 году был удостоен звания Заслуженный деятель науки РФ. В. П. Лебедев является также автором более700 научных публикаций, редактором и соавтором трех томов сборников научных статей, посвященных методу.
Валерий Павлович до сих пор активно работает в Институте физиологии им. И.П. Павлова Российской Академии Наук, г. Санкт-Петербург и в его планах проведение еще множества исследований.
